Gunther Boehner is an accomplished professional with over 26 years of experience in leadership roles within the automotive manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Assembly at the MINI Plant Oxford for the BMW Group in Goodwood, England, Gunther oversees the manufacturing operations with a focus on excellence and efficiency.

Prior to his current role, Gunther held various leadership positions within BMW Group, including Director of Rolls Royce Manufacturing and Director of Assembly at the BMW Plant Dingolfing. His tenure at BMW also includes significant contributions as the General Manager of Assembly at the MINI Plant Oxford and as a Department Manager for Assembly and Logistics in Regensburg, Germany.
