The Pop in my Job:
The opportunity to shape the future of retail and healthcare through strategic transformation—where technology, customer experience, and operational excellence come together drives my daily energy. I’m passionate about making bold ideas tangible, whether through AI, robotics, or data-driven decisions, and seeing their impact across digital and physical channels.
While my foundation lies in supply chain leadership, my focus extends to broader areas: from enabling omnichannel retail ecosystems to advising on China–Europe-China business strategies, including production relocations and nearshoring.
I thrive on complexity, cross-functional thinking, and building practical solutions that scale. Whether it’s leading teams, driving innovation, or supporting companies in an advisory capacity, I’m motivated by progress—measured not just in KPIs, but in momentum, clarity, and impact.
