I am a senior leader with over 20 years of experience in managing complex operations and driving strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Europe Head of Logistics at Holcim, I oversee logistics strategies and operations across 20 countries, managing a €2 billion annual spend. My role combines a focus on operational excellence with a commitment to creating sustainable and innovative supply chains.
At the core of my leadership philosophy is a focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and transformation. I thrive on tackling challenges, whether it’s optimizing processes, managing large-scale projects, or fostering a culture of teamwork and development. I aim to elevate logistics from a support function to a strategic enabler of business success.
My passion lies in integrating digital transformation, AI, and data-driven insights into supply chain operations to unlock efficiency and sustainability. I also focus on circular practices that align with Holcim’s vision of building a greener future.

Jori Fabricius has amassed over 12 years of experience in supply chain management (SCM) and procurement roles, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global SCM at Kemira in Helsinki, Finland. In this capacity, Jori is responsible for establishing functional strategies and implementation plans to drive the achievement of Kemira's strategic targets. He oversees the operations of approximately 300 full-time employees across four continents, ensuring the attainment of set operative targets and driving functional development initiatives.
Prior to his current role, Jori held various leadership positions within Kemira, including Vice President of SCM for the EMEA region, where he established and ran the SCM organization to provide customer service, logistics, procurement, and planning services. He also led global SCM integration efforts for large acquisitions successfully. Additionally, Jori served as Vice President of Supply Chain Management for Kemira's Municipal and Industrial segments globally, overseeing supply chain performance and developing planning practices.
Jori's career at Kemira began as Vice President of Procurement and Logistics for Kemira Water, where he designed and implemented global procurement and logistics organizations. He also served as Vice President of Procurement and Logistics, focusing on establishing and implementing professional sourcing practices in logistics and indirect sourcing globally. Throughout his tenure, Jori has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic capabilities in driving SCM and procurement excellence within Kemira.
